Windshield Replacement & Repair in Rockville, MD

Auto Glass Now did a phenomenal job replacing my cracked driver-side window. Originally, I was hesitant to use my insurance out of fear they’d raise my rates, so I went straight to my car dealership. This was a big mistake. The dealership didn't have the window in stock, and after nearly a month of vendor delays (far past their 1–2 week estimate), I decided to deal with insurance for a faster option.

Road debris hit my windshield on Monday. I called Auto Glass Now, they were quick to give me a quote and get me an appointment for the next day for a great price! Our technician Aaron was very professional, had a great attitude, and performed the service quick and perfectly.

Jasmine (AutoGlassNow) called their Hyundai dealer and notified me that the rear quarter glass window was a dealer Nationwide backorder. She gave me a link to a Car Parts used website. I called a few Car Part places, but none of the shops would ship the glass window – very frustrating. So Jasmine was helpful in trying to give me options, but unless I wanted to wait a few weeks to see IF their Hyundai dealer received the glass window, I was on my own to get one. She also called me the next day to inform me that I would need to pay for the labor since AutoGlassNow was not providing the glass window. So this wasn’t a great experience – quite frustrating. I was able to get the glass window on eBay, so I called and scheduled to have the window installed the day after I received the window. Shane (from AutoGlassNow) called on the scheduled morning and came within an hour and installed the quarter glass window in 1.5 hours! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I was very happy with his workmanship and highly-recommend him.

I called in with an urgent windshield replacement request and Jasime in Rockville was absolutely outstanding to work with. As luck would have it, she was able to make some calls and the the mobile repair vehicle to our house same day which I was thrilled about. However, even if that same day service had not been available I would have gladly waited in order to do business with this location. Her attention to detail and kind explanation of the process were very much appreciated. The repair process with go just as smoothly!

My 2008 Honda Odyssey rear view mirror was off(detached from the windshield).At Herson Honda they told me in order to repair it since it had a camera within I needed to replace the whole windshield which was a price of $1,495.I called Auto Glass to search for a cheaper price.The windshield price was cheaper,along with Auto glass sending someone to my home.Shane,my repairman came promptly with an intention to replace the windshield only to see that it was just the rear view mirror that needed to be re-attached.I so appreciated Shane honesty by letting me know that instead of paying a price to replace the windshield,when all I needed was to re-attached the rearview mirror which was much cheaper.Thank you Shane.May the LORD of Host bless you and your diligent service.
