Jasmine (AutoGlassNow) called their Hyundai dealer and notified me that the rear quarter glass window was a dealer Nationwide backorder. She gave me a link to a Car Parts used website. I called a few Car Part places, but none of the shops would ship the glass window – very frustrating. So Jasmine was helpful in trying to give me options, but unless I wanted to wait a few weeks to see IF their Hyundai dealer received the glass window, I was on my own to get one. She also called me the next day to inform me that I would need to pay for the labor since AutoGlassNow was not providing the glass window. So this wasn’t a great experience – quite frustrating. I was able to get the glass window on eBay, so I called and scheduled to have the window installed the day after I received the window. Shane (from AutoGlassNow) called on the scheduled morning and came within an hour and installed the quarter glass window in 1.5 hours! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I was very happy with his workmanship and highly-recommend him.
