Windshield Repair & Replacement in Dundalk, MD

Yesterday I was in a frenzy. I came out to go to work and saw that three juveniles in an attempt to steal my car busted out my driver side rear window. I immediately started searching for an auto glass repair shop to replace the window because in this day and time you can't really drive around with a window busted out if you want to keep your car and or your personal items. I reached out to the company that advertises the most about their services and was floored at the quote that they gave me to fix the window so I continued to search and I came across Auto Glass now. I had never heard of them and was a little skeptical but I read some of their reviews and decided to proceed. The representative who scheduled my appointment was extremely helpful. He understood the urgency of me having the window replaced the same day and gave me an afternoon appointment. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes late but the representative there was very kind and immediately pulled my car in for service. I had been told ahead of time that it was going to take about an hour to an hour and a half for the replacement. I checked in around 1:20 p.m. and before 2:10 p.m. my car was done. I am truly thankful for the high level of service I received from this company and made a point of saying that if anyone finds themselves in the same position I was in, I would highly recommend that they have the work done at Auto Glass Now.

They saved me big time! A weed whacker kicked up a rock and shattered my passenger window hours before we were to get torrential downpours. They let me come by and they applied clear plastic I could see through to drive while we waited for my window to arrive the next day. That plastic survived 3 torrential downpours! And the glass was there the next day. They installed it quickly and got me back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!

A lawn care company had broke my right rear passenger side window I called Safelite and they told me they couldn't get to it till Saturday and a friend of mine told me about Auto Glass Now so I called and they told me they can do it the next day and it would only take an hour and it was $65 less than Safelite Wow if you auto glass replaced this is the spot 😁

Got to the location at 7:50 for an 8:00 AM appointment, finished the replacement at 8:25 AM, everything was just like they said it would be, price was unbeatable, they did a GREAT job, if I could give more than 5 stars I would, don't even waste your time with these other outfits, AUTOGLASSNOW is the place to go, and no, I did not get paid for this endorsement, LOL

Took a rock to my windshield on the way to ship my car out of Baltimore. Called needing a quick repair on short notice and they squeezed me in quick so I could make my shipment appointment. You can still see the chip but they said it was the nature of the crack and the resin couldn’t get all the way up. Not their fault. Super happy with their customer service though. I was in and out in 40 minutes.
