I’m reviewing this for my glass tech Aaron who was absolutely amazing!! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was in contact with me through schedule changes and made sure my windshield was replaced within the time frame I needed. Extremely happy with the quality of his work!!!! As for the office staff 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ need better time frames and windows for customers. Sending a text the night before that says you will get a window the next day and then telling me the window is 8-5 is not a window. It would be better to supply the client with a 2-4 hour window and where they fall in the amount of clients you have to work on that day. That would be most helpful moving forward!! Thanks

And the time it took to complete the work....they said it would take an hour but it was less than 1/2 hour. I would recommend them to a friend- reasonably priced and great service.

I took it back today for another starburst. Aaron filled it on the spot. It didn’t take 15 minutes, and it was half the price of three glass shops close to my house. Aaron truly cares about his customers. He’s an honest person and the nicest guy.
