Everyone was very nice. They did a great job for a fair price. I originally had Michael come out from windshieldGo to replace my window bc he was faster and cheaper but it was a mess and not only did he not replace my window but he also broke my windshield wiper on my car strew glass all over my driveway where my dogs walk and broke my broom! (This guy was a mess!)But Auto Glass Now fixed what he couldn’t. They replaced my back window on my 2008 Nissan Rogue and removed the broken wiper all for about $300.

My driver side rear window slipped off the track on one of the hottest days of the year. A friend of mine referred me to Auto Glass Now because of the wonderful experience he had. My experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone from the front office to the technicians were so helpful. They told me I may have needed a window regulator and referred me to a parts store nearby. They were also wonderful. They didn't have part but told to check around in case another store had the part and gave me a price quote for a price match. No one in the area had one, so I went back to the original store and they said they would have the part overnighted for appointment the next day. I went back to Auto Glass, told them the situation and they gave me a next day appointment. Next day, the part was at the store when it opened. I took it to Auto Glass for my appointment and settled in. It wasn't even 30 minutes later, I was told my car was ready, the window was fixed, and they didn't even need to use the part I had ordered and it could be returned and I could get my money back. They only charged me the cost of labor which was less than the cost of the part. I highly recommend both Auto Glass Now on New Hope Church Rd. and O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Atlantic Ave (near the DMV). Both places gave me the best customer service I've had in a very long time!!!!!!

This is my second time using them for my purchases. I enjoyed the fast turnaround for glass retrieval and appointments! I needed a new windshield installed immediately and they came through with a fast in store appointment! The installation didn’t take long either. Everything was done to manufacture specifications and works perfectly. They appreciated the value of my time and my wallet! Great work done on my vehicle! I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now replacing the windshield on my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. They scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM and had everything completed within about 20–30 minutes. The new windshield looks amazing and the service was fast, professional, and hassle-free.

Absolutely recommend them 100%. Replacement of my window only took 30 minutes! They even vacuumed the entire interior to get rid if all the broken glass. Don't go anywhere else for your automotive glass needs!
