Windshield Replacement & Repair in Fayetteville, NC

We were traveling to NC this weekend from Atlanta for a funeral and a rock hit our side window which caused it to spread quickly! The very next day around 11 o'clock before checking out of our hotel we called Auto Glass Now in Fayetteville NC stone that was on our way back and they were able to get our exact window delivered to the shop by 1pm!!! We showed up and were literally paying and walking out the door within 40 minutes! They even had a QR code that you could scan to break down your payments over the next 6 weeks which came in handy because this type of repair expense is always unexpected and of course bone of uswant to file a claim and have our insurance go up! Lol! The entire staff was warm and friendly from the first initial call to the time we were handed our keys back! They also offer a military discount. Great place, trusted professionals and the warranty goes wherever you go Nationwide! Can't beat it :)

I think that they did an awesome job on replacing the windshield in my Nissan Altima. They calibrated the Advanced driver Assistant System which was included in their already low competitive price. I was very happy with the service I received on the phone making the appointment, the customer service when I arrived and check out upon my departure was great. They made me feel like a valued customer. This was the 2nd time I have used their service, rocks can’t seem to stay away from my windshield. I’m glad that their’s a place that I can take my car for fast, reasonably priced, and quality work.

Got a rock chip in my windshield. They provided quick, efficient and while you wait service. Can’t beat that. Straight up couldn’t guarantee the chip would not crack. But they did guarantee if it did they would apply the price to a new windshield. Can’t beat that. Also gave me discount from quoted price. That was after the repair. Can’t beat that. Thanks. I stopped by auto glass after traveling from Georgia. A rock hit my 2017 Mercedes benz windshield and put a chip in the glass. Auto glass fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I recommend people to pay them a visit for chipped gass before you have to replace the whole windshield. They are number 1 for me.

Service here was definitely 10 out of 10. The price was beyond reasonable for our unexpected situation with my glass being shattered on my driver front side. Customer service was excellent.
