Wonderful experience. My rearview mirror had fallen off and needed to be reglued. It was a heavy mirror and the attachment process was a little complicated. I brought it in and a very courteous employee helped me. He took my car and glued on the mounting part. It just took a few minutes. Then I came back two days later and he mounted the mirror in just a few minutes. Great service all the way around! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I discovered a crack in my windshield Monday after leaving a program that I had attended. I called Auto Glass Now and asked about repair to my windshield. Based upon the size of the crack and the fact that it had spread so quickly, I was told that it would need to be replaced. I gave the woman in customer service the vehicle year, make and model. She provided me with a quick quote and scheduled me for the following Tuesday morning. I was told that it would take an hour. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time on Tuesday. I was greeted with kind words and a smile. Shortly thereafter, a young man asked for my keys. In less than an hour, my windshield was repaired and I was ready to go on my way. I was provided with my receipt and information regarding care for the newly installed windshield. After providing the payment which was very reasonable, the young lady came from around the counter and we hugged each other. What wonderful customer service and how personable she was towards me. First received a quote from Safelite, which I thought was over priced. I contacted Auto Glass Now, they checked out what needed to be done. The cost was one fifth of what Safelite quoted me. They were very professional and the work done is excellent. I would recommend Auto Glass Now if one needs auto glass repaired or replaced.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. They took my vehicle in soon after, and completed windshield replacement and calibration within an hour. I greatly appreciate their expedient service. Also, their price was well below competitors. And since I was paying out of pocket, this was a great deal all around. I will definitely use them for any glass repair or replacement I have in the future
