Five stars don't even begin to tell the story of this location and their crew. As a truck driver, even though I drive a cargo van, we're on the road a majority of the time and things happen. The pricing is more than fair and even with a little hiccup that occurred during my visit, it was almost like nothing had ever happened. These guys customer service skills are on point with Disney. This is not me trying to guess anyone up because I am a very tough critic but the fact that the communication was there, the seamless and intuitive nature of each crew member, as well as the transparency is top notch. From the moment I call the customer service line to book it, from her finding me a location that could accommodate me, till everything was actually finished and the payment was made, these people are Head and Shoulders above any other companies such as Safelite. 10 out of 10.

This place was superb! I got there and Ed, the tech, told me it may be 2.5 hrs because they don’t service larger vehicles (my truck is obnoxiously large). I was hesitant and went forward with the process anyway. Well roughly 30 minutes later Ed and Nick had my truck done. Both were extremely nice guys, Ed even brought me over a step ladder to get in my truck 😂 the customer service amongst the three men there was phenomenal. The turnaround time had to be a record. And the price? Absolutely unbeatable. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know and will be returning.

Took 45 mins maybe less to replace my windshield easy people to work with it’s an amazing price compared to any other auto glass shop only thing i’d say is ASK YOUR QUESTIONS!!!! granted they should of asked me these questions over the phone, but i asked them in person which resulted in me needing a second appointment not an issue just wish they would of asked what i did to get the right glass. they were happy and answered my questions without hesitation they were honestly such a huge help i most definitely will be going back to them

I typically don't do reviews unless i get an extreme case of good or bad customer service. These guys at Safelite blew me away. They were incredibly nice and very thorough when I went in for a leak with my truck windshield. They were able to save me money by keeping my current windshield and (this is the craziest part) it was LESS than they quoted! In addition, they gave me a free bottle of their window cleaner (which is pretty great BTW) and changed my cabin filter "while they were in there". Car issues are annoying, but man did they go above and beyond to make as painless as possible. Thank you to Mark Johnson and the whole crew. Your customer service was 2nd to none!
