I know things happen that you don’t expect. My appointment was initially in the morning but the glass sent was chipped. So I rescheduled for an afternoon appointment. I waited approximately 2 hrs. before they were able to get to my car. I am not sure if anything could have been done differently, I know things happen. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service rep. and the technician was apologetic about the delay that was apparently out of their control. Customer service rep. gave me compensation for future dings.
