Lengthy but worth the read! Absolutely an AMAZING experience working with Ace! This was my second windshield replacement and I asked my insurance if I could use a different company than the first one, not sure how safe but the windshield was definitely lite 🙄, and they found Ace to be in my network. Ya’ll. Ace reached out to me! Thankfully because, squirrel! They got me scheduled right away. Amber (cool to see someone else with my name!) answered all my questions due to my concern over the other replacement I had done (different company remember). I was notified what number in line I was for the day, I received a call when they were on the way and when they arrived. I didn’t even have to take time off work as they came to me! They were very transparent about the issues they have with the removal and re-sticking of the new 2027 inspection stickers, but were able to get it on my new windshield. As with anything, sometimes stuff happens and a part was damaged during the replacement, but was not due to the workmanship, and they told me about it, how it happened and said they already ordered the part to replace. I really can’t say enough how pleased I am with this experience. 100% would use them again and if you need your windshield replaced, you won’t go wrong choosing Ace!!

I had a great experience with Auto Glass! They replaced the windshield on my Honda CR-V and recalibrated the safety cameras quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth -- everything was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement and/or recalibration services!

Easy scheduling appointment more timely and less expensive than the major competitor. I was pleased with the installation overall. The experience could have been enhanced with a more customer service friendly experience with the receptionist when I dropped it off shortly before my 8 AM appointment I wasn’t given an estimated completion time. Looking at the web site I anticipated about 2 hours so I called around 10:12 and was told they were working on it.. When I asked about what time it would be ready I was told we will call you without even consulting with the tech. I was called about 40 minutes later stating it was ready.
