I needed a new windshield quickly and googled a place close by. I was given an accurate quote over the phone. The windshield came in on time and my appointment started on time and finished quickly. Angie was very welcoming, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and welcoming and warm. The bathroom was very clean. My whole experience was professional, friendly and pleasant. The windshield looks great, the stickers were neatly back in place, and my warranty and “after service” info was easy to understand. I had a long crack crossing my windshield from left to right, damage from the recent snowb& ice we experienced in Petersburg, VA. I had called around to a couple of places & Auto Glad Now had the lowest price that could get me in soon. My appt was set for Monday 2/9/26 at 9 am to get my windshield replaced on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was taken in promptly, I sat in their waiting area & was back in my car by 10:15 am. Angie, Ernest & Steve were a delight to work with. They were such nice folks & I'm glad I decided to go with their company.
They did a great job and were able to replace my windshield in less than 2 days after I contacted them. Much better than the runaround I was getting with a competitor. Highly recommend!
