From the first call to set up the appointment; to the end of the installation— everything was great! Kevin called me first thing to tell me his ETA and kept to that time. Finished the job perfectly and quickly. Great company! Definitely recommend!
For whatever reasons beyond everyone, my insurance company did not list this location nor company as a preferred provider. Since their provider did not have an immediate opening nor a live person to talk to I decided to call in to this location and see if they would take my insurance. My phone call was answered prompt and politely. When I arrived on site I was greeted very cordially and professionally. After we cleared up that they did take my insurance I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to work on getting my windshield replaced same day. It literally took them an hour to have the glass delivered. I was told to come back and they will start work right away. Imagine that! When I came back it took the technician half an hour later to start the job. The installation seemed to be done correctly. Time will tell when it rains if there are any leaks. So far I haven’t heard any wind passing through. However, the rear view mirror mounting cover was left slightly hanging. After I went back the service manager fixed it. I wish the technician did not over look this minor detail. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I really wish them all the best and a long stay in our neighborhood. Highly recommend going here instead of that other company which seems to dominate Central Florida.
