Great experience! The whole staff was amazing and very helpful. Cecilia was great over the phone getting my appointment scheduled. I ended up waiting there for the job to be finished and got to hear her speak with other clients. Very professional and extremely helpful. Leah got me checked in and out with ease. I am absolutely disappointed and displeased with my service and product I got my windshield replaced about a month ago and I went back the first time because my sensors weren’t working for my wipers then they weren’t working again and I have yet to get them fixed and I have not got them fixed and this is extremely frustrating that I have called multiple times and they can’t see me for a week two weeks when this should’ve been fixed and not an issue the first time I got my windshield done I should not have had to go back twice now and was told oh yeah our windshield technician checked it out and it’s good but it’s currently pouring and my windshield wipers are not working so that’s a problem and I want it fixed but still can’t be seen. Updated review:) I went in this morning and I was able to get it fixed they took the time and care to order some new parts to ensure that it was up to par and was working! I even got to see them in action I’m hoping that this time I don’t have to bring my car back in. I appreciate today’s appointment it was quick and productive:)
