Lenn Koontz,When they put my new windshield in the technician was unable to get the calibration to work for my collision sensor. The owner tried to get the collision sensor calibrated and couldn't. Sometimes things don't go right. But what was impressive was the shops response. I was the last appointment of the day. They had a specialist in first thing the next day and the owner went 2 hours out of their way to get my car back to me (I dont live in ABQ) by 11:00. They were responsive, communicated clearly and constantly about the issues my car encountered and the steps they were taking to fix it, and took ownership to make the issue as little of an inconvenience to me as possible given the circumstances.
