Windshield Replacement and Auto Glass Repair in Albuquerque, NM

When they put my new windshield in the technician was unable to get the calibration to work for my collision sensor. The owner tried to get the collision sensor calibrated and couldn't. Sometimes things don't go right. But what was impressive was the shops response. I was the last appointment of the day. They had a specialist in first thing the next day and the owner went 2 hours out of their way to get my car back to me (I dont live in ABQ) by 11:00. They were responsive, communicated clearly and constantly about the issues my car encountered and the steps they were taking to fix it, and took ownership to make the issue as little of an inconvenience to me as possible given the circumstances.

Auto Glass Now replaced the windshield on my Mazda CX30, which has a camera/sensor package in the windshield. Everything went smoothly. This shop had also replaced the windshield on my Mazda Miata (again with a sensor in the windshield) when it was Horizon glass so I happily came back. I had purchased a glass warranty/insurance with my CX30 and Auto Glass Now handled that without any hassle. I was surprised how quickly it all went.

Auto Glass Now was absolutely amazing! I had been shopping around for quotes for quite some time causing my windshield chip/crack to grow as I kept postponing. The high costs given at other companies made me definitely pause. Because of this I was so scared to drive with such a shattered windshield. Once I got a quote from Auto Glass Now for a very reasonable price (almost half of what had been quoted elsewhere!!) They were able to get me scheduled days away from the quote. My view is now 4K driving with a new windshield! 🤣 On top of the speedy service, they offer 3 chip repairs in a year?! I just wish I had called them sooner!

We had a great experience with auto glass now, not only did they identify the correct windshield for our van based on my mistake, they offered me a discount for the correct windshield which cost more. They came out and took care of us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the level of courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. We highly recommend auto glass now.

Great Service at the Menaul location. Scheduled by a tech at the Deborah Rd location. Efficient, professional and their Customer Service is quality. I can’t speak for anyone else however, their organization is highly reasonable for their pricing and availability for scheduling.
