What Does The Warranty Cover?
Auto Glass Now provides a Lifetime Warranty against leaks, molding issues, and glass defects. We use high-quality OEE glass approved by the insurance industry, and our expert installation meets top safety standards. If our original work needs adjustment or repair, we’ll fix it for free as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue.
Warranty Limitations: Auto glass damage resulting from vehicle collision, auto theft, vandalism, owner negligence and natural disaster is specifically excluded from our auto glass repair and replacement warranty.

What does the Auto Glass Now warranty cover?
Auto Glass Now provides a lifetime warranty on automotive glass against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery, and the original invoice is required. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original vehicle owner.
Leaks are covered only if caused by defective workmanship. Leaks related to pre-existing conditions are not covered.
What should I do if I have an issue after service?
Please contact the original store you had your work completed at. The store’s information can be found at the top or your original invoice. You can also create an account and submit a warranty inquiry online through our self-service portal.
What do I need to provide when calling or submitting a warranty claim?
Customer must provide a copy of the original invoice, and any photos to document damages to the vehicle. Photo identification may be required at the time of the appointment, as the warranty does not transfer with the sale of a vehicle
What does the Auto Glass Now warranty exclude?
The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, vandalism, theft, acts of God, rock chips, pre-existing damage including rust or pinch weld issues, stress cracks not related to workmanship, aftermarket accessories, customer-supplied glass, or work performed by another repair facility.
How are warranties handled for chip repairs?
Chip repairs do not make the damage disappear; some small defects may still be visible, and the damage may spread post-repair. If this happens, the cost of the repair will be deducted from a total replacement, should the vehicle be brought back to Auto Glass Now via a warranty inquiry. Replacement of glass as the result of a chip repair is not included in the warranty.
