They did a great job handling my insurance and providing general customer service, but I struggled with the shop's customer service. I was supposed to get at-home service sometime in a 4 hour window; I made arrangements to be home during that time. The tech called 3 hours into that window to reschedule for the next week. When I called general customer service back, they said the shop manager would get in touch with me, but I didn't receive a call back. My appointment had already been on the books for over a week, so it seems like they should have known much earlier whether they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled via general customer service for the next business day in the shop. That day, the tech there took my car right on time, told me it would take 90 minutes, and at 90 minutes on the dot he was pulling my car around. The install looks great and I've had no issues so far. 4 stars for generally good service, -1 star because of the communication and scheduling issue with the mobile tech. Side note that the hours on the front door said they were open until 6, but the manager told another customer that they close at 5, so don't use the posted hours as an accurate reference.
Prompt and courteous, easy set up a couple days prior, technicians were super helpful. Would repeat.
First, I want to say how much I appreciate the fact that Auto Glass Now has real live people, not AI assistants, answering the phone. Cost to replace my rear driver's side window was half what the competitor with the AI assistant was quoting and the overall process of setting up an appointment much more efficient. Brendan at Auto Glass Now in Waltham was very professional and kept me updated via text during the process. All very smooth.
Third time using Auto Glass Waltham and they are efficient and communicate extremely well. The repairs are efficient and completely clean up the broken glass which is a plus. I recommend them rather than the popular other places
