I was supposed to get at-home service sometime in a 4 hour window; I made arrangements to be home during that time. The tech called 3 hours into that window to reschedule for the next week. When I called general customer service back, they said the shop manager would get in touch with me, but I didn't receive a call back. My appointment had already been on the books for over a week, so it seems like they should have known much earlier whether they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled via general customer service for the next business day in the shop. That day, the tech there took my car right on time, told me it would take 90 minutes, and at 90 minutes on the dot he was pulling my car around. The install looks great and I've had no issues so far. 4 stars for generally good service, -1 star because of the communication and scheduling issue with the mobile tech. Side note that the hours on the front door said they were open until 6, but the manager told another customer that they close at 5, so don't use the posted hours as an accurate reference.
