I don’t know where to start. From the time i walked in everyone was extremely nice (even entertaining my toddler while she was with me) Cali from the valley was beyond helpful making sure my Hilux got it the very next day. This was after safelite told me they couldn’t get a windshield for my 1996 Hilux Surf initially because it had no VIN and then following up with it was “too old” i expressed they couldn’t just order a windshield from a 2000 and up 3rd gen 4Runner but they were no help. Called our close family friend Ryan and he recommend this shop if i didn’t want to drive to his shop in Portsmouth. Today I went in to have the work done and Seth was nothing but professional and clearly a perfectionist in the trade. Will absolutely continue to only do business with autoglass now from here forward. Thank you all again for everything!

Had a chip in my daughter's windshield. Quoted a price of $129, but since I brought the car to them, it only cost $89. Very easy to make an appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Was told that if the repair spreads, they will credit me the cost of the repair, toward a windshield replacement.
