This is my second time using them, and once again it was a great experience. I had a 12-inch crack in my windshield, and they replaced it in about an hour. Professional, courteous, and did great work. One thing worth knowing: their preferred payment is cash or Zelle, and they charge a 4% fee for credit card payments. I wish I'd known upfront, but it wouldn't have changed my decision. I'd still go back. Highly recommend, just budget for that fee if you're paying by card.

I would highly recommend the Auto Glass Now company if you have to pay out of pocket for a new windshield. I went with them and I am very glad I did. The repair took a few hours but it came with the calibration of my car's safety sensors and a printed out report of all codes before AND after they did the calibration. The receptionist was kind and welcoming and I felt like a valued customer. That's not something I feel often anymore, especially with auto repairs, and it's part of why I would recommend this location to others in the future. I've had the windshield for a week now, no problems with it so far, but they do a 30-day guarantee if anything strange happens with the windshield/calibration!
