I couldn’t ask for better service from Shawn and Derrick!!! While making a stopover in Austin, TX a miscreant cracked the driver side window (tempered glass) and shattered the passenger side rear window to steal items from my truck. I sealed off the broken window and drove to Houston to attend a pre scheduled business meeting. Next stop, Florida. After my meeting I looked up glass shops in the area hoping to find one that would be able to replace both windows the same day. I honed in on the 4.9 rating. I called at 11 am., Shawn confirmed they would take care of me promptly, same day service. I barely had time to enjoy a late lunch and catch up on emails, texts, and teams msgs. At 2:30 my truck was in the shop and drive away ready by 4 pm!!! Wait! There’s more! I remembered the front window had a rock chip. I walked back in and asked if they could repair it now. YEP! Loved this place! I wish I took better before and after photos of my windshield replacement but the guy did such a good job and got it done fast! When I originally called the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful considering I did not know what exactly I needed. 😅 Also they have pretty good prices, they have exact replacement options and more affordable ones so that’s a plus.! Hopefully I don’t need to come back anytime soon, but if I do I’ll be going here. Thank y’all! 😁🙏🏻
