Only a couple days between my booking and my appointment. When I arrived, the staff was very nice. My car got pulled right in. They said they would be done within an hour, so I just hung out in the lobby on my phone. They had fresh coffee, water, and a TV. Before I knew it, I was called up and they explained everything to me as far as aftercare of the new glass. I was in and out in about 30/45 minutes.
