I started with a small chip in my windshield that quickly grew into a 12 inch crack that required a full replacement. The process of getting the new glass, from start to finish, was incredibly efficient and friendly. I started with an online quote, received a call and follow up text. I called back with the needed information, the agent collaborated with my insurance company to file a claim, send a referral, and schedule the appointment. I received several follow up communications confiming the appointment proir to the date and also reminders! The staff in person and on the phone were incredibly personable and kind. The service was quick and had me out the door in about 1.5 hrs. The technicians even chatted and were pleasant and efficient. Cathy Tafelski,Had a pretty long crack in my windshield. I booked my appointment all online. That process was very simple to do. The next day I got a confirmation email of my appointment. Only a couple days between my booking and my appointment. When I arrived, the staff was very nice. My car got pulled right in. They said they would be done within an hour, so I just hung out in the lobby on my phone. They had fresh coffee, water, and a TV. Before I knew it, I was called up and they explained everything to me as far as aftercare of the new glass. I was in and out in about 30/45 minutes. The service was quick and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
