Cost was covered by insurance, however, I wanted an OEM windshield, not an aftermarket. Price I paid was not determined by Auto Glass, but by Toyota, so price was "reasonable". Replacement took less than 2 hours, including the reattachment of electronic entry keypad that is part of the windshield.
