I had a 0700 hour appointment this morning for a windshield replacement. As a point of reference, my Chevrolet truck has a 6" lift sitting on 37z. Upon my early arrival, I was greeted by a a friendly associate in the back who directed me where to leave my truck. He was very professional and awake ready to conquer his day! Once inside, I was greeted by Samuel, the Assistant Store Manager. He advised me on how long it would take and to make myself comfortable. The inside of shop was immaculate and very accommodating. There is a coffee stand with comfortable seating. There are phone chargers and cords for your convenience too! The bathroom was very clean, neat and organized with nice decor. I could see my truck being worked on from the waiting room. They took great care in covering and protecting my paint while working on a ladder. The install went silky smooth and well under the time I was originally told which was a huge plus. Once completed, my installer Joseph (Joe) pulled my truck up front. We came outside where he gave me proper instructions for the care of my new windshield. (Window tint, carwashes, etc.) Overall an awesome experience by a very professional shop! #safeliteautoglass #safelite Can't go wrong with this company and staff! Cheers!
