Windshield Replacement and Auto Glass Repair in Springfield, MO

I really appreciated how easy everyone made this on me. Even when a technical glitch prevented my appointment from showing active, the front staff quickly rectified. They obtained the windshield I needed from another location and installed, all in the same day. They all expedited the work and had me in and out in less than 3 hours. The tech who installed appeared very competent, and the end result appears perfect. Of no small note, the pricing was at the lower end of any quote I had been provided by other companies. I decided to go with this company in particular, because they guaranteed same day work, they day after I called for the quote. They more than delivered on their promises and I am very grateful! Will definitely use again when needed.

The hailstorm on April 28th 2026 destroyed my car. Thanks to Auto Glass Now, I went from no rear window and a glass mess, to a very nice clean brand new rear window. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. She answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. The amazing young man (technician) who did the work, did an awesome job cleaning up the broken glass, preventing more glass from getting everywhere and caring for my car. Top notch service for a good price. Where other places were quoting me $600 to $800 for the repair, here I was able to get my rear window fixed for half that price. Their website seems a little sketchy and it's weird that the actual address of the shop locations are not posted that I could find. I wasn't planning on using this business due to bbb reviews and the fact I wasn't a fan of their site but I stumbled across the address and phone number for the shop in my area using Google maps.

Auto Glass Now takes care of their customers as the number one priority. They were thorough in explaining costs and getting me in for my window replacement. The girls in the front office were both very kind and helpful. The work was completed as promised and I would definitely recommend them for your auto glass needs.

They were extremely busy and took longer than I expected. But, I truly have to say this staff from Leo, Victoria and all the techs were awesome to deal with. I saw some horrible customers complain and be extremely rude for no real reason and they took it in stride and were professional the entire time. Kudos to this business, I will definitely be back and I recommend them to anyone!
