Daniel, the store manager, was so attentive to the customer experience always keeping me posted on progress and challenges that occurred along the way. He and his technician were so amazing !
Daniel the manager was very accommodating and explained exactly what the process would entail. We had some glitches with appointments needing to be rescheduled due to weather impinging upon outdoor at-home installation, etc. I drove out to the garage/shop and thew work was done within the expected time frame and I drove away satisfied.
The service was perfect. Marcus was kind and he explained every detail.so that I would understand.
