The windshield replacement was fine. No issues and the tech was extremely polite and quick! However, I originally scheduled on the website for Auto Glass Now and was offered the option of a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning as I had something to do that afternoon. I waited the morning of the install and didn’t hear from the tech so I called the Auto Glass Now 800 number to see what the hold up was - this was at 11:30. I was told after being put on hold that the representation had called the local shop and the tech was headed my way. Almost 2 hours later and well after noon the tech called and was a good 45 minutes from me. I asked the tech once he was down with my install why I was offered a morning appointment and they didn’t adhere to that’. He told me the local shops do not offer appointments a that the corporate office knows that and they don’t know why they offer time slots. That is an issue! Needs to be fixed!
I was floored when I was told my replacement windshield could be done in a couple of hours. As promised, I walked two hours later with a new windshield. The people there were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Considering how I was treated by several other glass shops in trying to get this done, they are nothing short of amazing. Many thanks for a job well done.
His car was in a parking lot where he lives. Sometime during the night, Friday, some kids went through the parking lot and broke the windows on six cars....unfortunately, his was one of them. We got scheduled for a rep to come to the facility he lives on Tuesday. They sent Cody...God Bless him! He was AMAZING and fast! Perfect rep for AGN. Personality plus!! He even vacuumed all the glass and the car is perfect again! I HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Now! Very reasonable as well! Thank you AGN and THANK YOU CODY!! (PS...people don't seem to understand "pcfs"! You get an appt at a Drs office and sit there for 2 to 3 hours and that's ok...but here, when you have NO CLUE what it entails to fix these windows and they fall off the edge! If they set up appointment times and the car before you took longer than expected, they would pitch a fit to...can't win for losing! I personally think you all are terrific and I HIGHLY recommend your establishment...even if I have to wait!!)

Andre had me sorted out so quickly I can’t put how impressed I am into words. Emily at the front desk was super kind. Photo is before they cleaned it. Wherein it was noticeably reduced.
