This was my first visit. A friend told me to go there to replace a window. I went there and I met Jess!!! She was so sweet. I love when I go places and have a good experience. She's a joy to talk to. She helped me with my issue. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Every establishment needs a Jess. I have to admit I was expecting a bad experience. I was wrong, oh so wrong. She treated me like human beings are suppose to be treated. Thank you Jess for being a great person. You are the best. You gave me a great experience. Thank you kind lady.

I received great customer service here. My neighbor was mowing his lawn and shattered my passenger side window. I was highly upset, because this is not the first time that my neighbor has done this, and refused to pay both times. So you know I was beyond pissed. I could barely think straight, while speaking with the lady at the front desk about the entire situation. I'll never understand why people can knowingly cause damage to someone's vehicle and never take accountability. People work hard for what they have. Nobody has extra money to keep spending every time someone else causes damage to your property. Its beyond ridiculous. The cost of living has skyrocketed. I could've at lease bought a few groceries, both times this happened, with that extra money. It's crazy how you always think about what bill you could've paid or gas you could've filled up on, or groceries you could've bought, when you have to spend out unnecessary money, because of someone else. Anyways, everyone here was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I waited for my vehicle and it didn't take long at all. Thanks to everyone that serviced my vehicle. I greatly appreciate it.

Actually was looking for Safelite. Internet search must have shown this. I’m glad it did. These folks are $200 ‘cheaper’ than a Mom & Pop, Safelite and Veneable Glass. They have by business from here on. Waiting room is spotless with a TV and drink machine for your wait which was maybe 45 minutes and I was expecting 2 hours. Just excellent.

Amazing work! Dimitri was incredibly kind and professional. He came out to inspect the crack on my car and provided a very thorough inspection. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!
