Hail storm knocked out my back window over the weekend. A coworker referred me to this business. The following business day they were able to see me immediately. Corey removed all the broken glass and temporarily covered the window until the new one came in the next day. Alex greeted me and was very professional and Nate installed my window and went out to his way to find any leftover broken glass. It’s like it never happened. I truly appreciate the 3 of them for their help. Made the experience painless.

He was very honest that the fix may not be sustainable but it turned out great and he fixed an additional chip we didn’t know we had. We were quoted a price over the phone which we thought was reasonable but ended up paying less than the original quote . I would recommend this place 10/10
Amy Waggoner,Daniel was very kind to me. He noticed I had a cut on my hand from trying to clean the broken glass out of my car and he offered me a first aid kit and bandaid. Then without me having to ask he disposed of the bag of broken glass that I’d left in my car. Also the appointment said it would take 45 minutes to an hour and he was done in 25-30 minutes. The window is working well and he answered my questions about further concerns. Also the pricing at AGN was much better than competitors and the Parma location offered weekend appointments which was crucial to me since I needed my car for work on Monday. Please give Daniel at Parma his kudos for helping me and although his partner wasn’t the one who serviced my car he smiled at me and was warm mannered when I drove my car out of the bay.
