I had a very pleasant experience a couple days ago with one of the mobile technicians. The tech had just finished a windshield replacement at one of my neighbors and as he was leaving I flagged him down to ask about a trim piece on the windshield of my 15 year old Honda Odyssey. He pulled in my driveway and within two minutes he had fixed my windshield trim. I asked how much I owed him and he said “no charge.” The tech said good customer service is his priority and the fix was simple. I was very grateful for his great customer service even though I was not a scheduled customer. I know if I ever needed any auto glass service, I will be calling Auto Glass Now of Charleston, WV. Are technician Donovan arrived in a timely manner, he was professional, expertly installed our new windshield in a rather difficult and large service van.
