Repaired at my job. On time and gave me updates. Hopefully my glass does not break again, but if so, I will call them again.
Well what can I say. My car got broken into last night. I woke up to take my child to school and we found my rear passenger glass broken. I called around and this place was the ONLY ONE with availability for same day. So the lady who answered was very nice and scheduled the glass to be there at 11 and scheduled me for 12:30. I got there early because traffic. If you leave on time your late with traffic. Then I get told the tech was scheduled for an onsite apt and is 45 min away. I scheduled early because I had to pick up my child from school at 3 on the other side of Nolensville RD. So waiting for him wasnt an option, because installation takes an hour or so. So the attendant said to come back after I pick up my child. She will make sure he fits me back in. So we did just that. We ended going to get a bite to eat across the street at subway. Exactly about 30 min the installation was done. We were very happy to get fit in same day, but that was fast! Even though scheduling was hectic. I've worked in service and its almost always never smooth. So I PLANNED for this even though it was unexpected. I made sure my day was cleared when I found my glass waa broke. So just be patient with service workers. They don't control last minute changes or uncontrolled events. In Nashville I was just happy to get my glass same day. My daughter got traumatized walking out and finding broken glass as we head to school. So her seeing it get fixed made her feel better. All in all customer service was A1 with scheduling and communication and resolving conflicts. Thank you for taking care of us. Through it all, it was very professional. So far glass looks great it was a little baggy but maybe it needs to be used more to get a smoother run. Either way just happy my car will not be open tonight with a missing glass.
