Windshield Replacement & Repair in Montgomery, AL

To be honest we had never heard of Glass Now, we just heard of Safelite but to be honest Safelite was difficult, tried to up sell us on other services and they did not service coming to our home to replace our windshield and calibrate it. Glass Now, was helpful, very customer oriented and the gentleman that came to our home to replace the windshield and calibrate it was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The company followed up with us and there was no pressure with upselling us. They got authorization from our insurance and we paid our $50 deductible and their work is guaranteed. We were very surprised and pleased by Glass Now and we recommend them in a heart beat.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called for a quote to get my quarter glass on my truck fixed. I already had purchased the glass so I was expecting the installation to be reasonable. I was totally taken by surprise when they said it would be only $100 and take 45min!!!! What?!?! I had called around beforehand and the time frame (half a day) and prices of other glass places were giving me were outrageous! They were $200 cheaper AND quicker than another place! I’d recommend them to anyone in need of any glass replacement fixes! Awesome Sauce.

Well I messed up by not going there to start with I went with the lower price guy and he screwed me... anyway Jace and the rest of the people took care of me got my glass installed correctly and I'm confident in quality of their work. I have probably been there seven or eight times over the years I'm in the lawn business and I get a car window every now and then with the weed eater so thanks everybody.

Full disclosure: I initially thought I had googled, called and booked with Safelite. Not so. Was rerouted to AGN. Knew nothing about them at all. Safelite had a one week wait, so I was forced to allow them to go ahead and do the work. I would have given them five stars because of the service and the manager, but I felt like the front desk lady had gaslighted me about how I got booked with them, the wait time and after the work, the price suddenly went up by $63. I felt like I had a right to be upset as a new customer, but she elected to allow my attitude to affect hers instead of minimizing the whole situation. She continued to be standoffish and provide mediocre service to me while being over the top nice with other customers that were present. The tech was fast with the windshield installation, so I would consider using again in the future w/o the issues. I haven't noticed any issues with the work thus far.

Montgomery Auto Glass Now did an amazing job replacing the rear window of our Lexus SUV that was smashed by a falling tree limb. The Technician was very professional, prompt, and courteous. We highly recommend Auto Glass Now!
