Was a little concerned when I arrived there was no one at the shop. Another customer had just called and the repair person showed up about 15 minutes later. Said the job would take about 2 1/2 hours, but he was done considerably sooner. I was impressed with that. The windshield looks good, only time will tell if it holds up.

He communicated with me very well, confirming morning of installation. He was very thorough and detailed.
