Super impressed with Auto Glass Now on Dixie Highway. My car was broken into last night, and I have my young daughter with me, and was worried I would have to either 1. wait until a mobile unit was available or 2. pay a ridiculous amount of money OR both. The Auto Glass operator was able to find me an appointment same day, they also were able to get me in early and finished within 30 minutes. They were very professional and sweet and I did not feel taken advantage of. My daughter and I were able to make it home without a hitch with a brand new window. Thank the guys at Auto Glass for turning a bad day into a better one.
Auto Glass Now gave me a low quote online but then gave me an even lower quote when I called. It was after hours on the weekend when I called and they got me in first thing Tuesday morning. When I pulled in the parking lot I was immediately impressed with how clean and organized the shop, parking lot, and office were. Both the lady who helped me on the phone and the gentleman at the shop were professional, courtesy and on top of that still personable and friendly. They had the glass from my broken window cleaned up, new glass installed and die panel cleaned within 45 minutes just like they said they would.
