Windshield Replacement & Auto Glass Repair in Louisville, KY

In downtown Louisville from Texas for a work trip and got my windows smashed in. More notably the windows on the passenger side including my toddlers seat. The team at Auto Glass Now was able to fix my windows same day and make my fiancée and toddler feel safe and secure while I was at my trade show for work. Being 14 hours away from home and feeling hopeless is not a good feeling - without the effort from them I truly don’t know how we would have lasted another night with no windows in downtown. On top of all of that, they were gracious to help with the price and were more than fair with cost. In a moment they could have used this as leverage for an upsale due to the chaos of the situation, they showed empathy and truly wanted to help my family out. I could not recommend any service business higher, 10/10

Super impressed with Auto Glass Now on Dixie Highway. My car was broken into last night, and I have my young daughter with me, and was worried I would have to either 1. wait until a mobile unit was available or 2. pay a ridiculous amount of money OR both. The Auto Glass operator was able to find me an appointment same day, they also were able to get me in early and finished within 30 minutes. They were very professional and sweet and I did not feel taken advantage of. My daughter and I were able to make it home without a hitch with a brand new window. Thank the guys at Auto Glass for turning a bad day into a better one.

Auto Glass Now gave me a low quote online but then gave me an even lower quote when I called. It was after hours on the weekend when I called and they got me in first thing Tuesday morning. When I pulled in the parking lot I was immediately impressed with how clean and organized the shop, parking lot, and office were. Both the lady who helped me on the phone and the gentleman at the shop were professional, courtesy and on top of that still personable and friendly. They had the glass from my broken window cleaned up, new glass installed and die panel cleaned within 45 minutes just like they said they would. The best part for me is that when I’m driving my brand new dream truck, it feels and looks like the window was never broken. Thank you, Auto Glass Now!

I called around a few places but this place is THE BEST!! Absolutely amazing customer service especially from Kaytlin she was really helpful and friendly. I had a crisis trying to get this windshield fixed and she made me feel so much better about it and taken care of, I explained my situation and she put my mind at ease. They got me in quickly and at $0 ! Highly recommend this place I’d give 10 stars if I could.

My mother had her hood come back and destroyed her windshield. For mother's Day I wanted to get it fixed her her while she was at work. TruFit was extremely helpful and sent Justin Crowe out the next day to her job and he had it replaced in an hour. She didn't even know he was there. Very friendly, quick, efficient service and mom's was very grateful for the gesture. I also want to thank Lily, for letting me know about truefit. They were able to come together and make my mother's day present happen.
