I had a great experience outside of a rescheduled appointment. I was calling around to different places to get pricing on a windshield replacement. The women on the phone were patient. There was even one who called me back with a lower price than she first quoted. My initial appointment was scheduled for them to come to my home. There was a problem with their van so they were unable to come to my house. But, I was able to get an appointment scheduled the very next day at one of their locations. There was an offer for them to schedule an appointment two days out to come to the house, but it didn't work as well for my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the man at the desk was very kind and he kept me updated on everything they were doing. I would recommend AGN to others.
Shawn did an awesome job replacing my windshield. He was very friendly and made sure everything was done correctly with recalibrating the front camera and sensors.
