Fantastic customer service! From the time I made my appointment with Laura to dropping off/picking up my car, the entire process was smooth and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Joel replaced my windshield and recalibrated the camera in under the amount of time he quoted. It's a drag to have to replace your windshield but if you have to, I would only choose Auto Glass Now.
I've used them twice (previous was a windshield replacement). This time they came to my house and fixed the chip. Couldn't have been more convenient, and also good customer service.
The company had the wrong glass for my vehicle (just a mix up) but the gentleman who was to replace my window was very helpful, stated I needed a different type of glass and drove 45 minutes to get the glass I needed. He returned, replaced with the proper glass and I was on my way. He was very professional and a hard worker. The ladies in the office were also very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the service and had a pleasant experience.
