Auto Glass Repair and Windshield Replacement in Indianapolis, IN

I needed two windshields replaced at the same time, so naturally I was looking for someone with good reviews and good prices. I was also trying to stay away from big companies and find a smaller business to help support. Someone on Facebook recommenced Auto Glass Now and I am incredibly happy they did. Doyle was super personable and great to work with. The best part is he was cheaper than multiple big businesses and I got the individual experience versus a regular salesman. He was fast, did a great job, and I can not recommend him enough! I will be going to him for all my windshield needs!

First of all I want to share that they were the third company I contacted but the only one who answered their phone and I didn’t have to wait for a text or email. Ben was super professional and was able to give me a quote in a matter of minutes. Probably not even that… We even had time to visit while I decided on the importance of having the Jeep logo versus saving the money for the non Mopar glass. Love, love my Gladiator but that flat windshield has proven to be a smack and crack scenario every time a rock hits it so it was nice he explained the differences. Feeling confident in the less expensive glass afterwards (3rd shield in 5 years) and deciding to have a service technician come to the house the following day versus going to the shop that same day. I hung up and was glad I went with them. (Other two companies Snoozed and lost as far as I am concerned.) Glass was installed the next day by Max. Super impressed from how clean it was down to the fact that he saved my Crew Car sticker and knew how to get a new one for the windshield. I also appreciate the text reminder not to use said sticker for 4 days! The bugs are accumulating… lol. But I’m too happy with it to not follow such a simple request. Able to drive it after thirty minutes! God bless Super fast drying adhesives. Thanks guys. I hope you won your golf match too, Max. Cross your fingers. I make it through the summer without needing to call you again! But in my book, my savings on going no logo is like a reserve fund for… I won’t type it and jinx myself. Thanks again.

We had our front windshield replaced on our 2020 chevy traverse. Our tech was prompt on arrival explained all he would be doing and was through about explaining what we couldn't do after the install. At least 4days of no drive car washing but we could wash the body .Took about 40mins and he was out like a bad light blub. Appreciate the service

Just had a pleasant experience with Max. Called yesterday for a glass replacement. Arrived this morning for installation. Went smoothly!! In and done in 45 minutes. Thank you Max!! Job well done!!

Great job with better price and faster installation than the competitors. Max did a wonderful job for us, and was so polite and kept us up to date on everything that was happening when we had some mishaps with the glass that was ordered for our job.
