Needed a windshield replacement due to a crack. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled an appointment. Had very good communication about what to expect and confirming the appointment. I arrived for my appointment and my car was worked on and done within the scheduled time. Windshield looks great, price was great.
My experience at Auto Glass Now was fairly good. The things I take issue with are not related to the windshield replacement but related more towards the customer experience and comfort. If customers have to wait an hour or more, I believe the waiting area shoukd be more inviting and comfortable especially during the winter when everytime someone opens the door you start to freeze app over. Also, your car shouldn't smell like smoke if you dont smoke. Lastly I like the electronic follow up with post installation instructions but they should be sent when the service is completed nort a day of two afterwards.
The phone rep was very informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly including what the different repair options were and how they could work with my insurance if I chose that option. My appointment for mobile service was easily scheduled within a few days at my convenience, The technician was on time, with a "heads up" text about a half hour before arrival. When he arrived, I expressed a few concerns and he assured me that he would do his "very best". I am satisfied with the repair. The chipped area is hardly noticeable. The technician was very polite, personable, and professional. I also have an area that was repaired by another Safelite location, I believe back in 2017, that has held up; not spread at all. If this current repair holds as well, I would give Safelite an A+.
