I had a crack in the windshield of my car and dropped it off at the appointed time. My car was ready before the time quoted and after care instructions was given.
Eunice kept me updated as my windshield took longer than usual to come in. This was through no fault of the shop’s. David did a wonderful job installing my windshield. The inside of my car was left clean & the windshield sparkled. Plus the clips that were supposed to be used to hold on ornamental moulding weren’t satisfactory as they rattled. I didn’t know this but David and Eunice order better clips that didn’t rattle. This is good customer service. This was done through insurance so I can’t comment on cost.
I noticed a tiny chip on my windshield and started to reach out to various repair places. The representative that called me was very thoughtful to my dilemma. Told me often insurance covers these repairs. She put me on hold, made arrangements for the same day and connected me with my insurance company!! The chip was covered!! I didn't get a photo of before, it was about the size of a clipped fingernail. The photo is what I see now! And now I know it won't grow any bigger! Thank you AGN!
