My windshield had a big crack in it. When I called Auto Glass Now for a price, the woman said they would give me a $75.00 discount. I was thrilled! Made my appointment for 8:00am on Monday. At 8:00 Monday, the technician called and told me the new windshield came in damaged. The technician was very apologetic and told me they would immediately order a new windshield and would install first thing Tuesday morning. I received a call before noon saying my car was ready. Of course it was an inconvenience to be without my car, but when I went to pay, the manager gave me a $45.00 discount for the inconvenience. I was grateful for the discount. I would recommend Auto Glass Now because they did a great repair job and I received texts keeping me informed of their progress.
Job was done within time promised and done professionally. No complaints at all. I highly recommend. Windshield replaced and calibration of camera done. I’ve used another highly advertised company last year for my other car and was not at all satisfied by them.
