Windshield Replacement & Repair on Belmont Ave

Had to replace my windshield that has multiple sensors that need calibrated in it. I took my car there once they replaced it, but did not install it correctly however, after I reported it to them, they got me back in very quickly and replaced it by installing it the correct way, at no charge.

It’s weird. It’s a chain, but it didn’t feel that way. People actually smiled, they asked me how I was doing. The place was clean (I watched what I could only imagine was one of the supervisors sweep the floor himself). They took me in on time, apologized that they were a few minutes late finishing (I didn’t notice), and I was given a nice gift on the way out that a member of senior staff makes herself at home.
