Windshield Replacement & Repair in Charleston, WV

I had a very pleasant experience a couple days ago with one of the mobile technicians. The tech had just finished a windshield replacement at one of my neighbors and as he was leaving I flagged him down to ask about a trim piece on the windshield of my 15 year old Honda Odyssey. He pulled in my driveway and within two minutes he had fixed my windshield trim. I asked how much I owed him and he said “no charge.” The tech said good customer service is his priority and the fix was simple. I was very grateful for his great customer service even though I was not a scheduled customer. I know if I ever needed any auto glass service, I will be calling Auto Glass Now of Charleston, WV. Definitely a 5-Star company!

I have no notes for this service. The quote was better than Safelite. Scheduling was easy to complete. The technician showed up as scheduled and called in advance to let me know he would be there. He said he goes by Rod, so I will say thank you Rod for the quick and clean repair.

My experience began with the phone call I made to make the appointment. The scheduler explained the process and checked to make sure the Charleston center had the windshield at the location before scheduling the appointment. She was very polite and efficient when putting me on hold. She gave me the estimate and what that covered. When I arrived for the appointment, it was just a few minutes before they took my car into the shop. Before I was picked up by a friend, the employee working on my windshield had the cracked windshield removed and told me my car would be completed within the hour. When I returned later it was completed and service employee assisted me with the check out. i found the employees very nice and professional with me as the customer.

The windshield came to my home! The technician was prompt, clean with his service along with speedy service!

Scheduled an appointment and they came to me. Was not able to do the 1st appointment due to rain showers that came through that morning and continued thru my appointment time. I just called the center and rescheduled the technician that was there for the next day and he did a wonderful job replacing the cracked one. Love hoe clear the road is again in my Mini Cooper R56 again. Thanks to the entire team there and would definitely recommend!
