Mike Mullins,I had a very pleasant experience a couple days ago with one of the mobile technicians. The tech had just finished a windshield replacement at one of my neighbors and as he was leaving I flagged him down to ask about a trim piece on the windshield of my 15 year old Honda Odyssey. He pulled in my driveway and within two minutes he had fixed my windshield trim. I asked how much I owed him and he said “no charge.” The tech said good customer service is his priority and the fix was simple. I was very grateful for his great customer service even though I was not a scheduled customer. I know if I ever needed any auto glass service, I will be calling Auto Glass Now of Charleston, WV. Definitely a 5-Star company!

The scheduler explained the process and checked to make sure the Charleston center had the windshield at the location before scheduling the appointment. She was very polite and efficient when putting me on hold. She gave me the estimate and what that covered. When I arrived for the appointment, it was just a few minutes before they took my car into the shop. Before I was picked up by a friend, the employee working on my windshield had the cracked windshield removed and told me my car would be completed within the hour. When I returned later it was completed and service employee assisted me with the check out. i found the employees very nice and professional with me as the customer.
