Fast appointment times, usually offering next day service. They told me it would take about 2 hours it only took 1 hour. The staff super friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the technician that installed the glass everyone was top notch. They will assist you with insurance claims as well. Five stars all day. Shenika Merritt,Auto Glass replaced my front windshield. They were very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Cost was covered by insurance, however, I wanted an OEM windshield, not an aftermarket. Price I paid was not determined by Auto Glass, but by Toyota, so price was "reasonable". Replacement took less than 2 hours, including the reattachment of electronic entry keypad that is part of the windshield.
