2014-01-07 My experience at Glass Masters was the best customer service Iíve received in years. I brought my 2013 Buick Lacrosse in due to a crack in the windshield I encountered the day prior. First, Ms. Lisa discussed my repair options and since I am a USAA member, she placed a call to claim and the representatives first stated that I had no insurance. But because of Lisaís determination; I was able to confirm my insurance status at no cost of repairs to me. Thank You Lisa and Glass Masters for the excellent services.
